We are pleased to announce MRS. STACEY PHILLIPS as our 2024-2025 TEACHER OF THE YEAR! This is Mrs. Phillips' 30th year of teaching. Mrs. Phillips loves working with colleagues to help children see the connections between the Arts and other subjects. She encourages her students to remember knowledge is not confinded to a box called Art, Math, or Reading and that information and skills transfer across subjects. She always wants students to keep these words in mind: "Observe, Imagine, and Create." ❤️ We are so very proud of you, Mrs. Phillips and honored to have you represent OCES! ❤️
